Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other essential design tools, she combines technical proficiency with a personalized approach, making her a trusted partner for businesses looking to elevate their brand presence.

Laura Stanley is passionate about driving a great culture with a strong emphasis on talent development and employee engagement. Her expertise spans managing onboarding processes, talent acquisition, and designing and facilitating management and employee development programs. Most recently, Laura has served as Chief People Officer for several recruiting and executive search firms.

Throughout her career, Laura has led the HR function for the Atlanta-based startup EzGov, where she managed talent acquisition, employment branding, and talent development. At EarthLink, she continued to excel in these areas, further honing her skills. Laura also served as the Executive Director of the Foundation for Mitochondrial Medicine, a rare disease non-profit, where she made significant contributions. At Clearwater Consulting, a boutique leadership development consulting firm, Laura designed and facilitated management and employee development programs for tech startups, Fortune 500 companies, law firms, and accounting firms.

In addition to her professional achievements, Laura speaks fluent French, adding a valuable dimension to her diverse skill set.
